Mitchell Qualls has a degree in Business Management from Florida State University. After graduating, he has contributed to various fortune 500 technology sales organizations. His favorite part of these positions was developing ongoing relationships with potential clients, which made him realize that his true passion lies in customer success. Having grown up in Massachusetts, he particularly enjoys the Boston HQ of Rocket.
