Sharon Alexander, VP of Product & Customer Success, holds a Computer Science degree from Brown University. She loves crafting memorable and effortless user experiences. In her role, she leverages her time as a Computer Systems Teaching Assistant at Brown to develop quick and efficient tech solutions for customer challenges. Additionally, Sharon has spent time training and instructing military personnel in search and rescue operations overseas, providing her with unique insights on how to effectively onboard and educate new customers. Having grown up in Namibia, and now living in New York, Sharon is hopeful to expand Rocket worldwide.
